My wyze vacuum needed an update and after that it stopped connecting the to WIFI. The vacumm arrow and power button are only flashing white. Tried to reset it per the instructions and adding it to WIFI again but does not work at all. I have been looking to see what i can do to reset it and\or try the firmware update again but cannot find anything, suggestions would be appreciated.
I had the same issue, worked with customer service and they sent me a new vacuum. I see now that that updates been removed for the Robot vac. Reach out to customer service, I’m sure they know the issue I will do the same for you.
