Thanks, I did try that already and also swapped batteries between units with no luck.
I had a support chat session today and they are supposed to escalate to their order team. Issue is the unit is out of warranty but I’m pushing it was their update that caused it as my other unit upgraded fin.
I too have a brick from a firmware update. I removed the battery, back to blinking white indicator lights.
I did notice though there is an older USB port under the battery. Maybe there is a way to do a direct firmware update.
Anyone know anything about the usb port!
