Power light blinking slowly after 1.6.213 firmware update

I have two robot vacuums. Last night I received the notification for the update from 1.6.202 to 1.6.213 and told both to update.

One unit came back and is ok. The second unit has the power light slowly blinking white.

I’ve tried holding down the power button, pressing home, holding down both power and home with no change.

Any tips or tricks are appreciated.

If the buttons won’t respond properly, you can try doing a forced reboot:

Thanks, I did try that already and also swapped batteries between units with no luck.

I had a support chat session today and they are supposed to escalate to their order team. Issue is the unit is out of warranty but I’m pushing it was their update that caused it as my other unit upgraded fin.

I too have a brick from a firmware update. I removed the battery, back to blinking white indicator lights.
I did notice though there is an older USB port under the battery. Maybe there is a way to do a direct firmware update.
Anyone know anything about the usb port!

Haven’t tried it yet, Wyze gave me a credit/gift card to purchase another one when they come back in stock.

They may have locked down the terminal access in recent firmware. Been meaning to look at mine which is still running an old beta.
