Vacuum can’t connect to network

The vacuum is fully charged, connected to the base station yet when I try to connect to it with my phone from the app I get the robot is disconnected from the internet message. How do I reboot the robot?

Welcome to the Wyze community @dvidio!
Hold down the button until the robot powers off. Wait 10 seconds, then hold the button down until turns on or start charging the robot.
Make sure it’s not on the charger when you do this.
Post back if you have any other connectivity issues.
