My V4 failed after only two days of use like all my V3 did after a year.
It stopped recording in the SD y format it and does and stops after some minutes. I have tried everything.
Wyze support isn’t responding.
Im frustrated and im an old customer here.
What is going on? Im trying to submit a ticket call anything is working!

Since your screenshots indicate a client error when trying to create/submit a ticket in the chat, I would be inclined to visit the Help Center using a PC, another device, or a different browser on your phone and try again. My best guess based on these images and looking up the error code is that something funky is happening with your browser or whatever data you’re attempting to submit to Wyze Support.

What kind of SD card are you trying to use in the V4?. I’ve been using the same Samsung Pro Endurance 256 GB card in one of my V4 cams for 18 months, continuous recording without any issues. Did you try a different card?
I tried wyze and other brands. The camera is making the issue. Inhave lots of them i had the same prolem
With the v3 i had to replace all of them.
I had read is a common issue on the v3 never thought this will happen with v4
That’s good that you tried a different browser. Are you consistently seeing the same error message even when you do that? If so, then I have to wonder how you’re trying to fill out the form and if you’re sending characters or other input that the form doesn’t expect to see and isn’t programmed to handle. Because of the way you’ve obscured parts of your images (and I don’t blame you for wanting to protect your privacy), it’s difficult to say what you’re typing or pasting into those fields and trying to submit.
Yes i use all the same information than always used time ago.

I don’t know. I haven’t tried phoning them because I prefer to handle tickets via e-mail. I know recently they had a note posted on the Help Center’s home page because of weather issues affecting their ability to address their customer volume, but I don’t see any notes to that effect currently.

Are you trying the same cards that were giving issues in the v3s? When I’ve seen a cam record to card fine then stop, it was due to a bad card (a known bad one in my case but just needed a few hours recorded, it stopped after like 12 hours in the spot I know is bad). If the cards have degraded so their write speed can’t keep up that will cause it too.
Also make sure the cam is not running on a long USB cable as low voltage can cause SD card issues too. If it is running on the stock cord and adapter that came with it then that shouldn’t be an issue, but trying a different adapter might help rule that out.

The rest of my v4 are ok for now.
Yeah I’d say exchange/warranty replace it then, sounds like a dud. My v4 has been recording over a year solid continuous without issues.
