Same here. I purchased a couple Cam V4s a few months back and was impressed at how quickly they connected when viewing using the Wyze app on my phone or iPad. However, since the firmware update, they are not doing very well at all. They are either very slow to connect or do not connect at all and state the “Error -14” message. Sometimes a refresh works or power cycle works but sometimes it does not. I have a variety of cameras and they all worked quite well. This is the first time I’ve had “newer” cameras go from “first to worst”. I really hope Wyze releases a new firmware update soon! As it stands now, I won’t be buying or recommending any Wyze purchases until I see how this issue is handled. Again, hopefully this happens soon. Thanks for reading. V
Thanks for sharing that. I see that you also updated your initial post with your iPadOS, Wyze app, and Cam v4 firmware versions.
Instructions are in this Help Center article: How to flash your Wyze Cam firmware manually. Older firmware versions for some Cams are available for download from links on the Release Notes & Firmware page. If you choose to try flashing your Cam v4’s firmware, please make sure that you’re using a 32 GB (or smaller) microSD card formatted FAT32 and that you’re copying only the necessary .bin file to the card.
Since I don’t use iOS/iPadOS and you say that you’re using a Wyze app version newer than 3.8.5, I’m not really sure what else to suggest at this point.

Thanks for this downgrade info. May have to do that although I really hope not. Surprised Wyze hasn’t released a fix for this yet. Wyze App version is the latest 3.9.1 (1) for both iPhone and iPad. Wyze Livestream also is problematic regardless of browser being used. Chrome, Edge, Firefox on Windows 11.

Please note that Firefox is not supported for Web View. If you have something relatively new, like Cam Pan v4, you’re unlikely to be able to stream that in Web View using Firefox, and I’ve never been able to stream any Cam OGs in Web View on Firefox.
If iOS/iPadOS users affected by this most recent (4.52.9.5332) Cam v4 firmware update want to get better visibility from Wyze and/or you think the problem may be related to the latest iOS app release, then you may want to post about the problems in the relevant Wyze News topics:
If you want to use these cams with 3rd party software like Tiny Cam you have to get used to staying on older firmware until the developer confirms they’ve updated to support new releases.
Actually I’m surprised the Panv4 ever worked on Tiny Cam? Thought it never did.
