V3 pro glitchy playback

Every video I view starts smooth but then the video gets glitchy for a second , the images are all blurry and eventually smooths out. I have several different models of cameras. This happens only on my v3 pro and both pros are at two different addresses, not on the same wifi . Both up to date !

Have you tried power cycling the v3 Pro cameras and the WiFi routers at both addresses?

Also, is the glitchy video when viewing Wyze Cloud videos or the SD cards in your cameras?

I had a few glitchy videos with my V3 PRO about three weeks ago so I power cycled it via smart plug and it has worked great since, running at a bitrate of 196 KB/s.

Exactly. I posted to Wyze Core Community (a FB group) about the very same thing. It happens for me just after an event recording starts a few seconds in. It seems to be something about the initialization. I am not sure what the code is doing 5 seconds in that isn’t happening consistently through the recording, but this is clearly the pattern. I also notice that it happens more with side to side horizontal traversions as opposed to those that occur with a vertical entry. I’ve openly speculated that “VerifiedView” might be causing it which was added in the last firmware update, but to know we’d have to have to know how processing is occurring at the camera level.

So no solution other that the typical check this and reinstall that and restart this that never seems to help. Both my cameras are the only 2 out of 8 with that model # . They are both at different locations so not on the same wifi so it must be from an update . I never realized it was just that model so I’m not clear when it started .
