V3 incompatible device model

I Have multiple v3’s that work in the IOS App and Web View. A Specific V3 does not show up in Web View and under why don’t see all my cameras it shows up and lists - “Wyze Cam v3 - Incompatible device model”. I have deleted the camera and reset it - still a no go in web view. Any ideas on now to resolve this.

Is the camera on camplus subscription? It’s a requirement on web view.
