My outdoor camera will not connect. I get a connection failed message on my iPhone. It says to 1) force close the app and 2) Power cycle the camera. I’ve tried both several times. I also power cycled the base station. So far nothing. Any ideas?
Your title says V3, yet you mention cycling the base station.
So which camera is it a V3 or a WCO (Wyze Cam Outdoor) ?

Not sure, updated the firmware and charged the battery.
Well, I’m still confused. A V3 camera doesn’t have a battery.
