V3 cameras on Cam Plus cutting off recordings in cloud at 12 seconds while motion occuring

So far just submitted a log off one of my v3s and received a credit for cam plus for 2.5 months “hoping it is resolved in that time frame”

It seems that my most impacted camera is recording longer than 12s now but still showing the 12 sec red circle at the end of the time line.

Seems like it’s a pervasive issue.

I had luck un-assigning and re-assigning the licenses to the cameras to solve this issue. However it appears to default your smart detection settings when the license is removed so you will need to re-configure it.
