v2/Pan Firmware RC II Test 7/8/2021

@WyzeBaohua just wanted to give you an update. Everything was running fine on the V2 Camera until about 1 hour ago. It may have been related to me turning on the Trend Micro Security on my router as it was fine until then. THe same issue happened, step 1 it just kept spinning and no connection was made. I tried shutting app down and Force stopping app to no avail. I then did a software restart of the Camera, no luck. Unplugged power, 10 seconds later plugged it back in. Waited for about a minute or more and voila, it started playing again.

Just passing this on. No log yet as I want to make sure I am not playing with my router when this occurs to eliminate the issues. However, if you want the logs, I can definately provide them.
