We released V2 firmware 4.9.2.52 to beta testing! It fixed the issue that after the last beta firmware upgrade, the image has a green tint. Let me know if it fixes your issue or now.

I assume the what’s new button only shows public firmware. not beta. how can we see firmware ‘what’s new’ for beta firmwares. like .52. i clicked it before upgrading tonite and it still showed update info for .42 as the latest…

Pretty sure this bricked one of my V2s. Others are working fine - but this one has stopped working since last night. It never came back online after I clicked upgrade.
Solid orange light on the back, that is it. It makes an audible click every minute or so, but nothing happens.
I’ve tried holding the setup button, power cycling, etc. etc. but no luck so far.
Ideas?
I’m seeing an issue after upgrade on my V2 cam. It seems to keep turning itself on after I’ve turned it off multiple times.

Unfortunately the only way to bring back a bricked camera is to reflash the firmware. Here’s the instruction. https://support.wyzecam.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009490871-Camera-firmware-flashing-instructions
Do you have IFTTT or automation tasks related to turning the camera on? If not, I’d recommend you do a hard reset of the camera. Let me know if it doesn’t resolve your issue. https://support.wyzecam.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014440692-Factory-reset
One of my cameras is now very green after the .52 update.
Reboot is not resolving the issue. Suggestions? The camera was fine prior to the upgrade. My other V2’s are normal after the update.
