V2 Camera and Bulb Rule

Rules erratic

…for the last few days. Person detection on v2 (legacy) registers person, uploads 12-sec clip and sends notification, but the related Rule (if person detected on v2, turn on bulb, turn on plug) only fires erratically - sometimes yes sometimes no. The rule is time restricted, like 11:01p - 5:55a. I’m on the new rules engine. These rules have been pretty stable for nearly a year. If this should be merged into a bigger existing topic please do.
