Cn I access the Wyze Cam v3 when I’m off my network travelling abroad or when I’m at work ?

Just make sure your device with the Wyze app is connected to the internet(it doesn’t have to be the same as the camera) and you’re logged into the Wyze app with the same login(email and password) used to setup the camera.
Yes, so long as the network you are connected to does restrict protocols or ports, you should be able to connect fine from anywhere in the world.
