Wyze cam v3 no access through cloud?

Hi, i have v3 that connects to the network fine, or it seems. The issue is i can only access it when on the same network which is pointless. It used to work from the internet, but has stopped possibly after the last fw update. I used to be able to reset the services and or reboot the camera and it would come back. That does not work. It only comes back if the Wyze app/phone is connected on the local network.
In other words, getting these cameras is now pointless because I can’t use them unless I’m here where the cameras are.

@JayPa You and many more users. They said they are working on it. i have not had that issue, I viewed my cams in California from New York last week using Cellular data no problems.
