There should be a way for Cam Unlimited to upgrade to Cam Unlimited Pro and still get credit for the yearly subscription that they paid for. Instead of having to lose the subscription they paid for.

second: I was checking and found that Wyze may or is working on the ability for you to upgrade to Cam Unlimited Pro and not lose the funds for Cam Unlimited.

Sounds like a reasonable request. I imagine it would require human intervention, unless it could be smart coded.
I am not a subscriber, but like the idea.

It seems like they should be able to update it to work the same way as what happens when you upgrade from can plus to cam unlimited. It will take a prorated amount for the amount of time that’s left on any cam plus licenses and apply them to extend the cam unlimited license by that amount of time.
It seems like they should be able to do the same thing with cam unlimited, and have it automatically cancel and prorate the value amount on to the cam unlimited Pro length So it just extends it so you don’t lose any value.
If they already do it when you upgrade to regular unlimited, it would make sense for them to do the same thing when you upgrade to unlimited Pro too.
I’m guessing they just haven’t programmed in the same checks into the system yet, but probably will soon.

We do prorate the time you have left on your Cam Unlimited plan and put it into your Cam Unlimited Pro plan.
What we haven’t done yet, and I am pushing for it… is to CREDIT the dollars you put into your current plan and take that DOLLAR AMOUNT off your bill if you upgrade.
For example, Cam Unlimited costs $100/year, if you upgrade at the 6 month mark, we should be able to give you $50 back when you upgrade to Cam Unlimited Pro and only charge you $150 instead of $200.
