Updated my firmware today, robot returned to charger and now the app just says “cleaning”, Took it off the charger, shut it off, waited 15 minutes, put it back on the charger, still doing the same thing, Tried to make a purchase in the App and it says “No internet connection” when it’s clearly connected and am able to browse, the store, load camera feeds etc. I can’t even reset the connection to the vacuum as it is stuck in this “cleaning” loop and when you try to the load the map it just sticks in a loading map loop but does nothing. The only constant is the iOS update and firmware update.
There was a small outage recently, it could have effected it. Can you try using it now?
