Unexplained notifications, cannot activate lights

I’m getting many notifications from the new Wyze app about camera activity, but when I open the app there are no events recorded. I also cannot use the app to turn my lights on or off, I get the message “Ooops, something went wrong, please try again”. Really disappointing that it hasn’t even been a year since the last major service outage.

Appears to have been a known issue, suddenly when I opened the app it walked me through the “welcome to our new app” walkthrough, and now it works again. Would have been nice if Wyze could have posted that on the support page.
