I’ve just purchased the annual HMS, the hub, keypad and 6 door/window sensors. I was able to pair the sense hub with my phone in the Wyze app (iOS), but I am unable to pair the keypad. I follow the instructions, hold the reset button until home flashes. It also makes a buzzer noise. The home button flashes for 5 seconds, maybe 8 times and then stops. Eventually the sense hub says pairing failed.
Any suggestions? The sense hub is on the latest firmware. I updated it today (4/10/24).
