Unable to move CAMPLUS from a V2 to a new V3

I setup 2 new V3 cameras. I already had a V1 camera. Today, the trial expired so I purchased 2 CAMPLUS subscriptions.

But when I go into the SERVICES → ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS, I see my V2 and one of the V3. When I click EDIT, I see only the 2 V3 cameras. One already checked. When I check the 2nd one, which I want CAMPLUS on, it goes back to the original list with the V2 and same V3. I can’t remove this stupid CAMPLUS I just bought from this V2.

Anyone else seen this and know how to fix it?

You’ll need to uncheck the V2 that’s currently using Cam Plus. Have you tried that?

You can also try transferring the license on services.Wyze.com if you aren’t trying it there.

Thank you @Brlepage for your quick reply. I cannot uncheck the V2 because it is not listed in the EDIT page. It only appears in the Active Annual Paid Licenses page.

I checked services.wyze.com, but none of the actual cameras are listed there. I can only add more CAM PLUS services.


What do you mean by “Edit” Page?

The green text, “Edit” in your first picture is a button. Click it and you will be able to uncheck the V2.

If this fixes your problem, I posted about this before; Wyze confuses a lot of people who don’t see the buttons, because they look like simple, highlighted text.

@Ipil60R34s the second screenshot posted looks like the edit page in the Wyze app.
@ryny24 I’m not sure why the V3 isn’t showing up. You may want to contact Wyze Customer Support about this issue!

Yes, the second screenshot is the ‘EDIT’ button. It is the V2 that is now showing up. Thus, I cannot uncheck it. I can only check the (2) V3 but even doing this does not take effect.
