I agree with Crease, you should really go install Bluestacks or another Android emulator. I’m partial to Android studio which runs on Windows as if it is any Android phone like this:
You can then use the Wyze app or TinyCam on Windows. I do it all the time. I’ve been doing it since 2020…here’s some pictures from way back in 2020 when I started using Bluestacks to use the Wyze App and TinyCam on Windows:
