“Does your old thermostat have two wire labels”
What’s the right answer here given our existing thermostat?” (Shown in picture) We chose NO.

You are correct. Each terminal lug only has one designated label.
Some thermostats are made to control a heat pump or a conventional forced air system (example below) and have two sets of labels that determine the kind of system you have based on how it is wired.
