Hi. I’m a new user. I’m trying to send an invite to my camera but it doesn’t seem to work.
It says “pending”. And “upon my approval”
Why is it so difficult?
What am I missing here?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

The individual you are sharing your cameras and devices will need to have the app installed. Then they would logon to the app, select Account. At the top right of the screen you will see a dialog bubble icon which should have a red dot on it. Have the tap on that and accept the invite.
