hello, i am having trouble accepting an invite to the family camera. i created my account, went to messages, looked for the invite and it is not there. would anyone have an idea how to troubleshoot this? i am seeing if i can cancel the invite and send it again but it doesn’t let me either

If you’re not seeing an invitation, then I guess the first thing I’d do is check with the camera owner (the person who added the camera to a Wyze account and sent the invitation) and ensure that the e-mail address associated with your Wyze account was entered correctly when sending the invitation. If that’s not correct, then whoever has the account that sent the invitation should be able to navigate in the Wyze app to Account ➜ Sharing ➜ ACCOUNTS I SHARE WITH ➜ [the incorrect e-mail address] ➜ (upper-right) and revoke that access. Then try sharing to the correct e-mail address for your Wyze account.
If nothing is showing up under ACCOUNTS I SHARE WITH on the owner’s phone, then maybe the invitation wasn’t created properly in the first place?
In any case, I’d try checking the owner’s Wyze account first to see if there’s any error there.
You can also try checking Account ➜ Sharing ➜ SHARED WITH ME to see if anything is there on your account, but if it’s not showing up under Messages ➜ Sharing, then you’re probably not going to see it there, either.
