ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
A FEW MINUTES AGO I TURN MY PHONE SIDEWAYS.
IT FLIP INTO IT"S ATTACHING RETYING FOR 5 MINUTES!!!
This happens everytime I turn the phone, what gives, It was perfectly attached.
Turn the phone side ways and the true garbage of the produce takes over.
It was connected, turned the phone sides after connecting and poof.
WHY ONE SHOULD NEVER BY WYZE.
Pathetic programming and from what I see in the forum WYZE doesn’t care.
It is clearly an unsupported garbage manufacturer
Are you looking for help or just to vent? There are some issues with the app handling repeated sequential connection attempts and some workarounds that may help.
Yes All Wyze Cams are Garbage and the company only cares about profits Not Customers

I’ve managed a video studio and have worked with computers for 50 years.
From what you are saying the app is buggy and there are undocumented fixes that MIGHT help.
This is a bad product and horrible business model.
Need to cancel my subscriptions. This is not a firm will continue doing business with.
3 times within a minute it suddenly slips into repeatedly trying to attach to the cameras.
Really bad new product.
To answer your question, I am hoping to make other consumers aware of a bad product and bad firm.

So one bug in the app that doesn’t affect all users is enough to say an entire company and all their products are “bad”? Seems a bit of an overreaction.
