TinyCam Pro and Fire Stick HELP!

HELP!!!

I am at my wits end! I have been trying for the last two hours to link my Wyze account to TinyCam Pro. I had to disable my 2-factor to finally get it to connect. But no cameras are found. I have 5 Wyze cameras that I am trying to set up and TinyCam cannot locate any of them. And to make matters worse, now I’m stuck on the screen with camera icons and cannot get back to settings. I don’t know if this is a Fire Stick issue, or a Wyze issue or a TV issue. I’m trying to use a Samsung TV as a monitor. It was purchased in either 2012 or 2013. It’s a first generation smart tv that was never very smart so it’s been relegated to security camera monitor for the past 10 years. But now that I’ve switched over from Defender cameras to Wyze I’d like to have the same monitoring capability.

TLDR:

  1. How do I get TinyCam to find my Wyze Cameras? No luck with scans or IP addresses.

  2. How do I navigate from the camera screen back to the set-up portion of TinyCam?

  3. Using Amazon Fire Stick 2024 HD

I have tiny cam pro on an Amazon FireMax 11 tablet, not sure if the procedures are the same, but here’s how to set up a camera on this tablet.

• Press the menu icon (3 horizontal bars) in the top left corner of the display, and choose “Manage cameras”.
• Press the plus icon in the bottom right corner of the display.
• Select “Add IP camera, NVR/DVR”.
• For camera brand, select “Wyze Labs”, protocol, “Cloud”.
• Specify user/password, this will ask for your Wyze credentials.
• Press “Camera UID”. This will show a list of all cameras you have. Select one.
• Press “Camera status”. This will attempt to connect to the chosen camera.
• If there are no errors, then the camera is added to tinycam.

Good luck.
