Time lapse V4 not working?

Welcome to the Forum, @Lots05!

Just to try to clarify a few things, I believe “hotfix” is terminology Wyze uses when they release a production app version outside of the typical release cycle, and the latest Android “hotfix” version is 3.7.8.702. In Android, you can check your app version at least two different ways:

  1. Long-press the launcher icon for the Wyze app, then select  App info from the pop-up menu. Scroll to the bottom of the App info screen (depending on your Android version, it may be necessary to tap a to expand), and the version should be displayed there.
  2. In the Wyze app, tap  Account âžś About. The app version should be beneath the Wyze logo at the top.

The Plugin Version is something you see if you navigate to a device’s  Settings âžś Device Info. That’s not the same as the app or firmware version but can be helpful.

I believe the firmware version for the camera itself is what you noted in your first paragraph, and that particular version was released in May. A newer version has been released to production since then, and I don’t see a beta firmware newer than the production version.

The newest beta app (3.8.0.b705) was released about a week ago, and that’s something you could try once Google Play Store offers it to you. If you’re still experiencing problems with that particular app, then posting to the existing Forum topic that corresponds with your app version (in Wyze News or Beta, depending on the specific app version) might be helpful to the developers. If you can generate a log and share the Log ID with your post, then that could be even more helpful, I think.
