My thermostat was working fine until 3 weeks ago then for no reason it just quit and won’t connect to the internet - on the app there is an icon of a cloud with a line in it - I’ve connected wyze about 6 times over the pass 3 weeks and all I get is thanks for contacting us and someone will get back to me in 24/48 hrs or my ticket has been updated - they have the worst customer service on earth if you ask me
have you restarted your router? That usually fixes it for me. Baring that try pulling the front plate off the wall and putting it back on. It’s also possible it’s a bug in the app. I’ve seen that icon before but the thermostat was showing connected and was accessible through app.
