Just installed the Thermostat… first smart thermostat so maybe its me. I can’t seem to get the temp to heat higher than 72 in and cool lower than 77 in auto mode… is there a manual or video to explain the operation of it?

There is a 5 degree difference between heating and cooling so the system doesn’t fight against itself (heat and cool trying to activate at the same time).
To move the heat down, lower the cooling temp first or vis-versa. While most thermostats are set at 3 degrees, Wyze is set at a 5 degree difference.
