Continuing the discussion from Wyze Thermostat down:
My thermostat is down. Reset it now I can’t get it setup again because it won’t connect to Wyze. I have four thermostats not working via app all other Wyze devices are working. I have about 30 of them. I’m stuck without AC. When will this be fixed? Very. Upset.
I went and got my wife’s iPhone and everything is working. Can now reinstall a thermostat that I reset. With iPhone I can now see and control me 4 thermostats.
We are aware of this issue and are currently working on the fix that we hope to have out soon.
I have the same issue with wyze thermostat not pairing with any Android phone but works on iPhone .can you fix this software glitch?
Dealing with this now and about to throw away all my Wyze stuff. This is insane. Thermostat won’t reset or connect, just sits on the WYZE logo and fails everything.
This stinks. I have to cancel my trip to go home and turn on my heater. Come on Wyze!
The hotfix for this issue has been released, when you upgrade your app you should regain control of your thermostat.
THANKS!!! The app update for Android worked so I can again control my thermostat remotely. Now I don’t have to cut my trip short.
