Your system is wired incorrectly for all an electric system. You should be following the wiring diagram below, for heat pump. Here is how you should have labeled your wires

I was looking at conventional letters since wires were in front of those. I didn’t look on bottom at heat pump letters.
you do not have y2 but have W2? pic blocked label.
