Theft by wyze — litigation to be soon

The subject line should explain pretty simply that this company has refused to give me my money back for two (2) V4 cameras and two (2) solar panels, which were delivered to a PO Box in San Diego CA. I had this PO BOX for several months and then everything started getting returned by the post office because that PO Box was sold out from under me without notice from the USPS. Here’s where they should be worried my sister is the assistant district attorney Columbus, Ohio and I have an uncle that’s a federal judge. I personally am a 100% disabled veteran who has zero problem driving to Washington State and confronting the CEO of this company. As of yesterday, which I understand is a Saturday but I really don’t care when it comes to theft, they have 48 hours to get in touch with me. If they refuse to contact me. And ignore all communication that I’ve provided to them, then I go on a road trip to Washington state.

[Mod Note]: Post moved to correct category and tags modified appropriately.

Whoever changed this to be a water coolers is a major idiot because it’s literally about two (2) V4 cameras and two (2) solar panels. If they can’t read English why the [Mod Edit] are they able to change anything that is obviously written in English? You do realize this completely explains why nothing gets done by this company correctly. I do promise you I will be to Washington State to your Headquarters very soon.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way because I’ve tried this already. If I could upload a video, you would be able to see that it just spins and spins and spins and goes nowhere. I paid for that protection for a reason and here we are me trying to get my purchased items sent to me. I will be driving to Washington state soon to your office to speak with Melissa to find out what’s going on with my product if I have to. But trust me if I do that there will be litigation.

JASON, it is still spinning since I sent you that last message below. So explain that to me since you’re the expert on this protection. What would you like me to do now? Call your Call Center and get nowhere or leave you another review on Google maps that’s gonna reach 748,000 views.

I don’t work for, speak for, or represent Wyze in any way, but as another customer, if I was having problems with orderprotect who I paid for orderprotection through, and I couldn’t file a claim with them (are you using a VPN or anything?) for any reason at all, I would follow their FAQ instructions for it:

I would start there and see where that goes. I hope they can help you resolve this. :+1:

Thank you for the insight and having worked in computer since the first McIntosh I did all of your suggestions with no response as of yet. This was two days ago and the next move is going to be driving to Washington State.

With all the threats you posted, I’d hate to be on that list you made it onto…..
