With the latest update, I can finally access all my cameras without them timing out and getting an error code! It’s a miracle. Please don’t change a thing with it. Before I would have to turn off my wifi, then turn it back on just to get the camera to not error out. Even then, some cameras would be fine and others error out. Everything is working as it should now.

What specific Cams and firmware versions are you using? If they’re related to the updates announced in App & Firmware updates - Released 3/23/2026, then I’d like to move your post to that topic for better visibility to Wyze. ![]()
Please be aware that the Forum is primarily a user-to-user support community and that there’s no guarantee anyone from Wyze will read or respond to a given post; however, only Wyze team members are allowed to create topics in certain categories like Wyze News, so replying there (or allowing me to move your post there, if relevant) might be a better way to let them know you’re satisfied. ![]()
I have multiple V3 pan cams, the video doorbell , and the lamp socket fixed camera. The update to the cameras fixed the v3 pan cams not loading or erroring out when using the iOS app. Some would load, others not. Now everything comes up perfectly. Don’t do anything else to the firmware please.
As a Forum volunteer, I have zero control over this. Reiterating what I noted before, any messages you post here are much more likely to be read by other community members than by anyone who actually works for Wyze. Posting to the Wyze News topic I linked above might result in better visibility to Wyze, which is why I mentioned that before, asked about specific firmware—and I believe you’re indicating the Cam Pan v3 firmware 4.36.16.6114, which is what I was trying to confirm—and offered to move your post there for that purpose.
