Switched internet provider

We switched our internet provider yesterday and I can’t figure out how to switch the cameras over. How do I do it?

The easiest way is to change your new router Wifi settings to match your old one. The same SSID and password.
If you can do that the cameras should connect on their own.


If you can’t set up with same SSID, you will need to go through the normal camera setup procedure again. But DO NOT delete the cameras from the app first. If you don’t delete them, after re-setup, they should match up with all your existing settings.
