I upgraded the plan to the plus, and when I go to change the detection settings, it brings me right back to the plan page
Which camera are you using. What plan (Subscription) did you purchase, Cam Plus for one camera? If you purchased one Cam Plus subscription you have to apply that to the camera of your choice.
On the app go to account bottom right, on the next page tap services and see if it shows Cam Plus. I have Cam Unlimited.
I’ve been on the cam unlimited $9.99 plan forever but anytime I try to access anything it gets a paywall pop-up.
