Plans not showing up on all devices

I signed up for the cam plus for all of my cameras. At 7.99 or so a month. It is supposed to cover all my cameras.
However, My app still says I only have the annual plan with one license,
But I have the email receipt saying I have the unlimited plan for all of my cameras.
The web portal thinks I only have one license

This is a known issue. Please contact support, and they will get it fixed for you quickly.
