Still getting white screen via home monitoring

Is anyone still receiving the white screen of death when going to the monitoring tab on your phone? Mine has not been resolved yet and when I called Wyze this morning they are taking the week off. Mine has not been working for roughly 6 to 8 weeks. Anyone else Continuing to have problems or am I all alone in this world?
Thanks for any feedback!

I am not, I am connected via Ethernet. Are you WiFi connected? You may need to restart the router so it establishes the connection again.

I don’t think they are taking the week off, although hours are reduced to 6 AM-6 PM PT for the week due to major storm damage and reduced staffing.

Helpful…thanks!
Any resolution to ongoing issues?

The AWS server issues have been fixed for a few days now, so if cycling power to your devices & router doesn’t get them to come back online, then you will need to call Support to see what they can figure out.

In your case, you may also want to delete & reinstall the app, as a blank page is very unusual. Since the settings are kept on the server, deleting the app shouldn’t affect you, but will give you a clean copy.

This issue has been ongoing and multiple people have complained about it. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times I have powered off the router, the app and my phone multiple times and I still get the white screen that says at the top unable to load monitoring settings… This has been complained about by multiple people. I am at a loss as to what to do next. I have sent in logs, and if I speak to someone on the phone they seem to be far more helpful however with the large volume of calls you’re getting and with the storm situation, and with the holidays , speaking to someone that can help me seems to be a Paramount task.

Keep in mind this is a user-to-user forum and not a support site for Wyze. Wyze has a presence here, but not the support arm of Wyze. So that Support phone call is your best bet.

I have the same error. Outdoor camera. Two others are working fine so is indoor cameras. It did charge a long time. I can’t think of anything else. It has memory card and it and sensor hub on latest version of software.
