Steady Yellow light

While I configuring a new v2 camera, I got error 90. I did a power cycle with no success.
I did a firmware flashing and the camera stayed with a steady yellow light

You did some good troubleshooting that I would’ve tried. At this point I’d consider contacting support to see if they can walk you through some other standard steps. Asking support will especially be good since you said it is a new camera.
