For the last few weeks I noticed that my sprinkler schedule is no longer showing up. I have deleted, disabled, recreated and still can not get any schedule to show up on the calendar. Any ideas?
Sprinkler - not showing next water cycle
My Sprinkler is not showing the next available scheduled date. Currently it is only showing the previous ran cycle.

Wyze sprinkler stopped working all of a sudden - no notifications nothing
I wasn’t checking my plants for few weeks and just noticed that they were all dried up - when checking I found that the sprinkler unit stopped working. When I physically turn on the zone through the buttons it works. But its not turning it on neither by schedule nor through the app. I tried hard reset and re-adding to my network through app, unplugged and replugged after few minutes - no luck.
Any help getting my sprinkler to work would be of great help.

There is another thread - please submit a ticket to Wyze - it is becoming a known issue, but the more people who open tickets, the higher chance it gets looked at.

Same problem here. I thought it was just mine. My grass was starting to die
I have two sprinkler units and both stopped working end of January and haven’t worked ever since. Both stopped working the exact same day. So, chances of both devices going bad the same day is ruled out.
-
Both the devices work when I use the physical buttons to turn on a zone.
-
Turning on any zone through the app doesnt work.
-
Unplugging and replugging after an hour also doesn’t work.
-
Deleting and readding the schedules didn’t work either
-
Deleting the device and readding from scratch didnt work either
-
Factory resetting the devices and deleting the devices from the app and resetting everything up didn’t work either.

Yes the App version is the latest, the Firmware version is also the latest, the sensors are turned off
It has to do with some could service not working or not sending signals to my devices.
I have submitted a ticket to wyze and also sent the logs.
Any help in this regards would be of great help.
I don’t know why mine and others started working all of the sudden, but so far mine has been working for the last week. Sorry I don’t have any other information on why it just started.
I had the same issue, the scheduled calendar was not populated since Jan 28. I have tried all suggested troubleshooting but no avail. But all of the sudden, after about 2 weeks in mid Feb, it started working again. Right now it only populated the partial March schedule, not the full month. Will we have the same issue again, like back in the end of Jan?
Yep, just looked and mine stops at March 8th. I’m going to reopen the ticket I had, and suggest anyone else create one or reopen if you had one closed. Seems like it’s a software vs hardware issue.
I’m told that if there are more tickets related to this issue the technical team will address.
