I have not received a forecast, it’s been a week. Things I tried; power cycle controller, manually change the address location on the app, verified active subscription.
Same here mine still shows Sprinkler Plus as active. But I have no forecast, and it also only shows the previous run.. nothing about the next one scheduled.. or any indication that it has skipped watering due to cold temps.

So it’s not just me - I submitted a support ticket today, my schedules just stopped on Jan 29th; doesn’t show any new scheduled runs, did the power cycle, manual added a new schedule, nothing. I’m also not in cold temps, so it shouldn’t be anything weather releated.
Having the same issue here. No schedule, even when im trying to manually input a schedule it doesn’t run. Only time it’s been working is if I manually turn a zone on individually, but nothing via a schedule. I’ve tried resetting, deleting from the app, deleting app cache, keeping unplugged for several minutes. And every time i readd the controller to the app it just reloads all the same old settings so I clearly don’t have a way to 100% start fresh with it.
Having the same issue here. I chatted with support this morning and they said it’s a known issue. They asked for my logs and created a ticket to add to the case.

For anyone with this issue; please open up a support request with Wyze - the more people that open tickets, the higher priority that it gets looked at, and hopefully fixed.
