I just bought one motion sensor, and 3 climate sensors. I could not get them to connect to my hub. I tried everything in the instructions and what I could find on this forum, and then a innocent move proved to be the effective solution. I accidentally hit the button on the hub that you use to set it up, and the hub went into set up mode, lights blinking across the face of the hub. I looked and it appeared that the original sensors were still connected to the hub and that the hub was still findable on the app. So I decided to go through the set up process for the hub. It went ok. So I thought, well, why not try to connect the sensors once again to the hub? What a surprise, they connected right away, all four new sensors now showed up in the hub list along with three that I had connected previously. I did not loose the connections to those three that have been connected for months. So now I have seven sensors connected and working. But I messed away several hours trying to follow the instructions provided. The other interesting thing, is the when I pressed the buttons on the four new sensors to cause them to connect, the hub spoke to me with the waiting to connect word, and then spoke that the connection was successful. So maybe this is the secret.
