Solar cam pan won't connect . Keeps saying "device not found"

Brand new solar cam pam. App keeps saying “Device Not Found” . Called wyze support and fed multiple things, sent in the log from my app and haven’t heard anything back. Support was essentially useless. Has anyone else had this problem ? I have multiple other cameras connected and never had this issue before. If I don’t get some help I’m returning this device today. Please help

Are you describing something that happens when trying to complete initial setup, or have you already connected the Cam to the app and now the app doesn’t see it, or are you describing something else?

Without knowing more about what you’re experiencing or what troubleshooting you’ve already attempted, I’d be inclined to bring the Cam indoors close to your Wi-Fi source, ensure that the battery has a full charge, do a factory reset, and attempt setup as if it’s a new device.
