After the last storm my camera will no longer connect. (Solar pan camera) Battery indicator in app shows it as 98% charged. Removed camera from app and was going to re-add it but even after plugging it in to a charger, charging to full 100% the setup button does nothing. No ready to connect no nothing. I have 8 Wyze cameras with 5 inside and this one and two others outside. They all worked fine. This solar-pan-camera worked fine for about 3 weeks and as I said after our last storm it does nothing and the other 2 outdoor cameras still work fine and all 3 are within 30 feet of each other.

What did Support say when you contacted them? If it’s a failed unit, then they may just opt to replace it for you.
When I had a completely unresponsive Solar Cam Pan a couple of times (I think it lost its Wi-Fi connection and then depleted its battery), I was able to revive that by bringing it indoors, removing the microSD card, plugging it into USB-A using its included cable (I think at least once I just plugged it into the USB port on the back of my ISP’s gateway for power and to keep it close to the Wi-Fi source), and letting it sit to charge overnight. I’ve tried single-click pressing the SETUP button to try to put it into pairing mode, but when that has apparently failed I’ve done a press-and-hold of the SETUP button for ~20 seconds or so and that has put the Cam into its startup calibration and back online for me without actually doing a factory reset or requiring me to go through the “device add” process again (but I also didn’t delete the Cam from the app).
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my dilemma, I had already tried all your methods, but alas that path didn’t work for me so I got into a text chat with support and naturally everything they recommended I had already done but since nothing worked and I had only had this camera for 3 weeks, they are sending me a replacement. As you are aware some electronics seem to work forever and some not so much but since I have a total of 8 Wyze cams in various iterations, I apparently am a fan so when they offered a refund or replacement, I went for the replacement. Many thanks again.
When your devices lose their Internet connection, don’t just unplug and plug them back in. And before you start the setup again, try this.
Restart your network. That means, turn off your cable modem, turn off your router. If you can turn off your Wyze cams. (Wyze devices historically are bad about reconnecting under the worse conditions, so we help them.)
Now, if everything it turned off. Start your network back up. But ALWAYS start with the point/place further-est from your home. That means, ALWAYS 1) cable modem, first and wait at least 2 minutes. Let it boot. 2) Router(s), start your “Main” one and let it boot all the way up. Then if you have a mesh network start the nodes. They will then take time to connect and exchange data booting, to catch up. 3) now things like computer, tablet, Wyze cams. You simply want to wait until your home network as completely restarted. Now, if you restarted your Wyze cams, see if they fixed themselves with that fresh restart.
