My Wyze Solar Panel Cam is one week old and defective. It drains to zero even after a full USB charge. It does not hold battery power. The setup button no longer responds. When unplugged from USB it shuts off immediately. Solar panel does not charge it at all.

What did Support say when you contacted them?

Support was wonderful and determine that Battery was at fault and shipped me a replacement quickly.

Oh, good! Iām glad you got resolution for your issue! 
Unless they wanted the original back, you now probably have a plug-in-only Solar Cam Pan as a bonus (just need a 5V ā 2A power source) plus a spare solar panel.
