I have the solar camera, recently Wyze took the camera off-line, restricting users from re-connecting the camera to the App. When will this problem will be resolved? If this is an ongoing issue, are you offering refunds or replacements for other models?
I have the same issue, which is super annoying, since I did assemble the cameras (I have two Wyze Solar Cam Pan Cameras) correctly and they have been working fine for several months now, so I would like to continue using them.
If you look at the message at the top of this forum there is a link to get a refund if you don’t want to wait for the recall to be resolved.
My Solar Cam started working again today, not sure why, but for whatever reason it reappeared in my camera list and I was able to view and control the camera. Very odd since nothing official from Wyze.
