Not sensing?

Hello again.

Lately, about a couple of days in a row, our Cam Pan stop picking up any type of movement. Even though, I have those alert turned on. I have been unplugging and re-plugging a lot nowadays, it worked for awhile then stop. This is getting tiresome, to be honest. Also apparently, I’ve signed up for 2 Cam Plus services which I can’t use at all. Page keeps directing me to the shop site, because it can’t detect my devices (Cam Pan and Outdoor cam). Oh and, I am not able to Pan the camera via my Android phone but that still works on the iPhone, Mac devices.

I am not very savvy in technical stuffs, so maybe someone can make a suggestion or offer help??

Hi, that’s odd, even though I do not have a cam pan, I have never had anything like that or heard someone else with that problem. I would recommend calling the awesome Wyze support team, here is the contact info:
