Support for Pan

Has anyone had trouble getting in contact with Wyze support team? I called and was put on hold for over 25 minutes listening to what the team thinks is an acceptable loop of noise. Either they are trying to drive you insane or want you to disconnect.
My Pan is frozen, pixelated, and effectively useless. I am trying to return the item but left without a response as to where, how and who to send it to.
