Camera not working/power issue

Have any of you had issues with the V2 pan cam with it randomly powering down and then just randomly coming back on? Now my camera has powered down and I can’t get it back on. Does anyone have a good contact for Wyze customer service.

Are you using the cable and adapter that came with the cam? Try a diffrent one, try a diffrent outlet.
