The picture on the video is upside down. Was right and I touched a few buttons and somehow it flip. I brought the camera in but couldn’t find anything. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you perhaps enable Solar Cam Pan’s Settings ➜ Advanced Settings ➜ Rotate Image 180° ? That’s the first thing I’d look at based on what you’re describing.

I’m trying to perform the Rotate Image 180 and it’s not doing anything. The timestamp and logo settings under advanced are also not changing the live view. I’ve reset the device twice, closed the app, logged out of my account and tried a different iOS device. I’m on the latest current firmware on the device and the iOS app.
Anyone else have these settings simply not do what they’re saying they do?
I haven’t seen that, but I don’t use iOS.
Rather than saying “latest”, it can sometimes be helpful to state your actual app and firmware versions, because that can be used to identify patterns if what you’re describing is affecting other users. You can also use those versions to check the appropriate release topics for the app and firmware in the Wyze News category (and/or the Beta category if you’re in that release channel) and stick a note in there to help get that to Wyze’s attention.
What additional detail can you provide about how you’re trying to mount/use the camera and what it’s showing, specifically the Settings ➜ Advanced Settings screen? Sharing a screenshot or two might be helpful.
