I tried to buy a refurbished thermostat along qith the new Duo Doornell today. Added them to my cart and try to checkout and it says delivery is not available ti ny address for the thermostat but the doorbell isnt a problem. Called support and they said sorry, its not available in a warehouse near your address. Really? You say you ship nationwide but evidebtly you dont. Support will bot let me talk to someone in shipping/orders. One nore instance of Wyze not caring about customers

Im pretty disappointed that Wyze has not commented or tried to help reaolve this. Is that becoming the new normal or is it just me?
Do you have a ticket Number for when you contacted Wyze? If so, can you provide it here?
I dont. Customer Service did not provide me with one and i dudnt ask…i was pretty frustrated.

This was their response almost 24 hours later before closing the ticket. Mind you I spent close to an hour on the phone between hold times and speaking with the agent.

This is what I’m seeing. Mind you this comes up immediately without having the ability to select a different address. I also tried checking out without being signed in and eventually ended up on this page.
Worst yet! The item is still in stock! I’ve checked back a few times and it’s gone down by ~4 since yesterday with 30+ available.
I’m at a loss for words. If you’re able to forward this up the chain @spamoni I’d greatly appreciate it because nothing feels worse than being lied to…

Hello @MarkH13 and @amadib . This is a very odd situation. I’m part of the website team and would love to bring this up to a few people. It’s possible that certain backend settings are causing issues (such as inventory mismatch or rules that need adjustments). Could you both privately message me with the address that you’re trying to have your shipment sent to?
I am getting this message today too. Trying to order a 2 pack of smart plugs which show in stock, but saying it can’t ship to my address! Smh. I’ve never had that message before.

I gave up on refurbished since all i was told was they were out of stock and it was a glitch.
