I have been trying to place a order online but every time I try to pay I get a error message: “no delivery available”
Does anyone else have experience the same issue. I am desperately looking for help
Wyze seems to be aware of the problem. Seems to be inventory is out of stock but the system doesn’t tell you that.

Hi @WildBill! Unfortunately this issue will stick around for now. But anyone can tag me if they run into a product that pops up with this error. It’s not ideal but you’ll help others from running into this same message.
There is an element of us having to remove these products manually in the backend when the inventory is gone due to this bug. Not great when it’s specifically this holiday period. Inventory is fluctuating a lot. We are looking for a way for our backend systems to play nicer together but that will take some work with Shopify and operational partners. I wish I had an easy fix. I don’t like being the person to bring you guys bad news.

@WyzeVeronica the same issue with sense hub. It lets me add it to my cart but when I go to check it tells me there’s no delivery method available. I live in the US

UPDATE: 1. I asked my team and it looks like we have more units coming in by the end of this month. Just an FYI. / 2, Also, we did find a couple more units and the sense hub is available for sale again. Stock is very limited for now.
